About Aria

Aria is an AI-powered communications assistant designed to help knowledge workers manage scheduling and communications via AI-generated responses. The service is operated by its founders ("we", "us", "our", the "Operator"). Access to Aria is subject to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Aria — including by joining the waitlist, creating an account, or booking a call — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of Aria after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Aria only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these conditions.

AI output disclaimer

Aria uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and suggestions. AI outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. We do not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You should not rely on AI-generated output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify important information with a qualified professional before acting on it. The Operator accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.

Payment terms

Paid plans are subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Intellectual property

The Aria service, including its branding, design, software, and underlying technology, is owned by the Operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the service beyond the limited licence to use it for its intended purpose.

Content you provide to Aria (such as emails, notes, and booking details) remains your property. By submitting content to the service, you grant us a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Aria, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute or claim arising in connection with these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Aria after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
